Terms of Service

This applies to all individuals or entities purchasing pet supplies through Golden Paw Supply LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “Golden Paw Supply,” or “we”).

1. One-Time Sale Principle
   Unless otherwise agreed in writing or initiated by the customer, all orders placed with Golden Paw Supply LLC are considered one-time sales.

This website does not offer any form of automatic subscription, recurring charges, automatic restocking, or automatic conversion from trial to full-time plans.

After each order is completed, the customer will not be charged again for the same product or service.

To purchase again, the customer must manually submit a new order and complete the payment process again.

2. Billing Terms

2.1 Prices and Fees
All product prices are as displayed on the checkout page and are in US dollars (USD).

Prices include applicable taxes and fees (excluding shipping costs, which are calculated separately at checkout). Golden Paw Supply reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

Other payment channels listed on the checkout page

All payment information is processed directly by a compliant payment gateway; Golden Paw Supply does not store complete card numbers.

2.3 One-Time Charge Authorization
Submitting an order authorizes Golden Paw Supply LLC to collect the total order amount (including product cost, taxes, and shipping) in a one-time charge upon order confirmation.

This authorization is valid only for this transaction and will not be used for any subsequent or recurring charges.

2.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment. Please contact customer service at alyssa@goldenpawsupplystore.com / support@goldenpawsupplystore.com for processing. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds: Please refer to our return policy. Under certain conditions, refunds will be processed in full and returned to the original payment method, without any partial retention or credit account deduction.

3. Orders and Shipping

After order confirmation, we will ship within 1-3 business days.

The tracking number will be provided via email or SMS after shipment.

Additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address information will be borne by the customer.

4. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which they are issued, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation; if such negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to a local arbitration institution for final arbitration.

5. Terms Modification

Golden Paw Supply LLC may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be posted prominently on the website. Continued use of this website or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
