- Will my order be automatically charged for renewals?
No. All orders from Golden Paw Supply LLC are one-time sales. We do not set up automatic subscriptions, restocking schedules, or any form of hidden renewal. You need to manually place and pay for each purchase.

We support Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway; we do not store your complete card number.
- Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge before shipment. Please contact customer service at alyssa@goldenpawsupplystore.com / support@goldenpawsupplystore.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled; please refer to the return policy.

Please take photos and contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will resend them free of charge or provide a full refund.
