I. General Return Policy
Golden Paw Supply LLC is committed to your and your pet’s satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy, including returned opened items.
Our principle: Pet supplies sometimes need to be tried before you know. Opening does not affect your right to return the item.
II. Return Conditions (Including Opened Package Policy)
Unopened, original packaging intact ✅ Returnable within 7 days of receipt
Not eligible for return:
Orders received more than 7 days ago
Obvious intentional damage or excessive use
III. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Service to initiate a return request

Please provide: Order number, product name, reason for return (e.g., pet dislikes/allergy/quality issue, etc.)
Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization (RMA)
Customer service will reply within 24 hours and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
Step 3: Securely package the returned item
Please seal opened items as tightly as possible to prevent leakage during transportation.
Please mark the RMA# on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Return the item to the following address

V. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return. The sender is responsible for any loss.
VI. Refund Method and Time
- Refund Method
After approval, a full refund will be issued via the original payment channel (excluding original shipping costs, unless due to our responsibility).
Refund Amount = Actual Price Paid for Goods – Return Shipping Costs (if borne by the customer)
- Refund Arrival Time
We will complete the review and initiate the refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned goods.
Bank/Payment Platform Processing Time: 5–10 business days (varies depending on the issuing bank).
